Article 103 – Buildability Regime

1. The implantation area of the buildings may not exceed 60% of the buildable area of the lot or parcel. This application must not be incompatible with urban development or cause urban disorder.

2. The maximum number of floors is 2, except:

o when there is contiguity with existing buildings, in which case the height of the façade must be adapted to the urban front;
o in exceptional situations duly justified by the uniqueness of the urban environment.
