DECISÕES E SOLUÇÕES, the largest Real Estate Consulting network operating in Portugal, showed very positive growth in all its areas of activity in the first quarter of this year.
The area of Mediation of Works and Construction of properties grew 100%, taking into account the total amount contracted. With regard to Credit Intermediation, there was a growth of 40%, taking into account the total amount of credit written. In relation to Insurance Mediation, it grew 38%, taking into account the amount of premiums issued.
In terms of real estate, the average value of properties sold was 123,000 euros, while the average value of leases was 713 euros. In the construction of properties, the average value of each house awarded was 142,000 euros and in the case of construction mediation, the average value of each work awarded was 63,000 euros.
