Land located in Gafanha da Aquém, on Rua do Sul, with a east-facing front and a direct view of the estuary (Rio Boco). The front of the land is next to the road, and the strip of bank located on the other side of the road is also part of the property, which guarantees direct contact with the water. From there you can see the Murteira forest, in Vista Alegre. On the right, access goes to the Vista Alegre Bridge. On the left, we quickly arrive at the center of Ílhavo.
