COSTA CABRAL FLATS is a residential building located on Rua Costa Cabral, in the city of Porto, designed for a young audience that favors functionality, comfort and contemporary design. Consisting of 50 studios (T0), the project stands out for its modern architecture and intelligent layouts, designed to maximize the use of space and provide a practical and efficient experience. All apartments have balconies or terraces, promoting the entry of natural light and connection to the outside. Each fraction also includes a private parking space equipped with a charging point for electric vehicles, reinforcing the commitment to sustainable mobility. At the back of the building, a green space for collective use was created, with lawn areas and tree and shrub framing, providing a quiet environment for moments of leisure and conviviality outdoors. The strategic location, next to the university campus and with excellent access and transport to downtown Porto, makes COSTA CABRAL FLATS an ideal solution for students, young professionals and investors. The work began in May 2025, with completion scheduled for the end of 2026.
